Mingtai Group's export business started at the beginning of China's reform and opening up. The Group was formally established in 1997, and is mainly engaged in the business of production and processing of agricultural and sideline products of six categories and about 120 varieties, including mushrooms, dehydrated vegetables, flavoring, merchandise of dried fruits and nuts from north and south, candied (preserved) fruits and canned vegetables, as well as the business of exporting and trading of more than 600 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials. The sales market is mainly concentrated in the United States and Japan. At present, the Group has set up companies in Shenzhen, Hunan and Henan, with a total area of 78,854.4 square meters and a building area of 23,418.68 square meters in the three places. There are also 9 factory buildings, including two constant temperature cold stores with a volume of 4,500 tonnes.
